compliance, inspection outcomes, or approval by any authority.

Subscription features and limits depend on the plan selected. We reserve the right to

modify pricing or features with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding related to ClearToSail are the property of ClearToSail

and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClearToSail shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising

from use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the

platform or violate these terms.

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial principles, without

regard to conflict of law provisions.
